In August, 1981, D.B.L. Management, Inc., was founded as the first “NY DBL only” General Agency. In October, 1993, D.B.L. Management Inc., merged with Public A & L Agency, another General Agency specializing in New York DBL Insurance established over 30 years ago.

This marriage resulted in the formation of the current firm’s name:
Combined DBL Resources Ltd., and instantly established us as one of the largest writing General Agents of New York State Disability benefits with an initial premium volume of approximately $15 million.

In February 2007, Combined DBL Resources Ltd., merged with Complete Accident & Health Agency Inc. Complete Accident & Health Agency has been servicing their brokers and agents for greater than 50 years. Our merger has provided an organization with the combined strength to offer the most competitive rates while continuing the excellent service that has come to be expected from us.

We currently represent twelve carriers, which are A or A+ rated by A.M. Best. We are proud of the level of service we offer our producers and, due to our volume, are able to negotiate the most favorable rates and commission schedules for our brokers.
